KUALA LUMPUR (Dow Jones)--Malaysia's crude palm oil output rose 2.1% in October compared with a month earlier, to 1.91 million metric tons, the Malaysian Palm Oil Board said Thursday.

In its monthly report, the industry regulator said that end of October palm oil stocks fell 1.6% from the previous month to 2.10 million tons.

Palm oil exports rose 19% to 1.84 million tons in October.
